Ginger Clove Tea Recipe | Lose 5 Kgs In 2 Weeks 


Today I am showing a Super Effective  Weight Loss Tea, with only 2 Ingredients.  


It's super easy, very economical and I am sure you  won’t have to step out of your house to make it,  


as everything can be found right in your kitchen,


So let's get started.


The very 1st ingredient which we need is thin  slices of approximately 1 inch of fresh Ginger.  


The more thin you can slice, the better it is. 


Ginger promotes weight loss by balancing our blood  sugar levels, thus preventing us from overeating. 


Ginger has a significant effect on our body  weight, belly fat and waist to hip ratio.


2nd ingredient is 1/2 tsp of Cloves.


It's a very common spice that can  be found in almost every kitchen.  


It has a very unique flavour and aroma.


Clove reduces oxidative stress and  keeps our blood sugar under control,


It's a very powerful spice  and helps in weight loss  


by increasing our metabolic rate. It also  helps with bloating and water retention issues.


Transfer both these ingredients  to a glass carafe or jar. 


Now pour 1/2 litre of hot boiling water. 


Then cover with a lid and let these 2  ingredients steep in the water overnight. 





Next morning, have a cup of this  infusion on an empty stomach.  


This recipe will get you 2 servings, so store  the rest, for next day in the refrigerator.


You may reuse the ginger and  cloves in cooking however,  


don't reuse them to make this weight loss drink.


Also, be on a healthy diet  for the rest of the day.
